Thanks to the financial support of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany, it was possible for the network members of 2018 to realize a wide spectrum of projects./ Благодаря финансовой поддержке МИДа сети удалось реализовать широкий спектр проектов.

1. SDG – Fostering Sustainable Development via Citizenship Education in Moldova, Ukraine and Russia

During this project the institutionalization of SDGs was analyzed in Russia, Moldova and Ukraine. The aim of this project is to raise awareness about the SDG campaign through workshops and informative sessions for youth. The project received positive feedback from the parties involved and proved that there is still a demand to do more needs-oriented activities within the field of the SDGs and to start by a thorough assessment, highlighting particularities of each country – Moldova, Ukraine and Russia.

2. "Approaches on Usage of Blended Learning in Citizenship Education"

This project intends to increase the competencies of educators who are working on the topic of citizenship education, by using blended learning and the agreed plan of common actions in order to develop this approach in the countries introduced to EENCE.

3. Women in Local Communities

''Women in local communities'' is a training course for 7 countries and organizations of the EENCE network that intends to increase practical skills and practical competencies of 10 experts, trainers, educators in the framework of the topics of gender equality, women’s rights, focused on social institutions, entrepreneurship, also share experiences and discuss action plans and future work for 2019.

4. Strengthening the Capacity of Organizations that are involved in Citizenship Education and Citizenship Education Promotion

This project aims to multiply the training model for citizenship education program managers. The plan is to develop an electronic manual containing 15 citizenship education lessons' methodology for managers and trainers. Manual materials will be useful for the development of both short-term training workshops and long-term educational programs; manuals will be available for Network member organizations and experts but also for all other interested parties.

5. Working Group: EENCE Institutionalization - Initial steps towards EENCE Institutionalization

Through taking the initial steps of promoting and enabling EENCE organizational development and institutionalization, the project fosters the potential of the EENCE Network for self-sufficiency, self-dependence and sustainability.

6. The strategical meeting of the Working Group "Political Education"

The strategic planning and the discussing of the action plan by the Working Group on Political Education is being shown in a training video on the developed terminology and approaches of the project. In early November the Working Group organized a strategical meeting in Vilnius (Lithuania) to discuss and develop our common understanding of the terminology and challenges facing political education in different countries.

7. History of EENCE – Video materials

The project consists of 2 short videos which do not only describe the history and journey of EENCE but also its activities and engagement in other events. This project represents all the aspects of the Network so that interested parties can have a clear understanding of what our Network is, how it works and what our goals are. The materials will be used on our website and social media to promote our values and achievements since 2015.
